population ratio is 7:1. 30/7=4.3. So Pakistan should have more than 4 companies on the list.

You are right. Huawei's revenue was $5.58 billion in 2004, ZTE was more than $4 billion.
Hair was more than $10 billion.
Some Companies listed as Hongkong are actually mainland companies, such as China Mobile.
