Israel offers assistance
JERUSALEM: Israel has offered Pakistan assistance in the aftermath of a devastating earthquake, Israeli officials said on Sunday, in the latest sign that relations between the countries are improving.
Israel and Pakistan have no official relations, but the two countries’ foreign ministers met last month for the first time. Allowing Israelis into Pakistan to assist in the rescue efforts would be a breakthrough.
“We’ve expressed a desire to help, and we’re hopeful that it will be possible to help,” said Mark Regev, an Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesperson.
Israel, which has sent rescue teams to Turkey and Mexico to assist in evacuation efforts after earthquakes struck those countries, sent a message to Pakistan through ‘official channels’ and the United Nations, according a senior government official. Pakistan has yet to respond to the offer. ap

This was abound to happen...nothing bad, just saying that Israel, Japan, Germany came up with condolences and offer to help, while most Muslim countries haven't said "sorry".

WASHINGTON: The US has pledged an initial amount of up to 50 million dollars for relief and rescue for earthquake victims in Pakistan, besides rushing other relief materials, including special aircraft to airlift victims, food and blankets to affected areas.
An initial aid of 50 million dollars would be provided to Pakistan, presidential press secretary Scott McClellan said in a statement late on Sunday.
A C-17 US military aircraft containing blankets and winterized tents and an initial dispatch of 250 rolls of plastic sheeting sufficient for nearly 2,500 families is scheduled to reach Islamabad on Monday, he said.
Another C-17 and two C-130s will reach Pakistan on Tuesday with essential supplies in the face of the calamity that killed and injured thousands in the subcontinent on Oct 8.
"The destruction and loss of life in Pakistan is massive and the US is responding rapidly and robustly in response to the request of President Musharraf and the government of Pakistan," McClellan said...
