Pakistan stock markets most attractive in Asia: report
NEW YORK: Myril Lynch has described Pakistan as the most attractive among the Asia’s rising markets.
The Myril Lynch report released on the rising stock markets of Asia has stated that Pakistan is best suited market for international fund managers to invest.
The report said that shares in stock markets of Vietnam and Sri Lanka are being sold at higher price than their original value.
Myril Lynch said that there might be some political disturbances due to Presidential and Parliamentarian elections this year. If the opposition replaces the present government then there would be minor changes in policies due to which the current process will not be affected.
According to the report, investment rules are much harsh in India and Vietnam whereas in Pakistan a large part of banking system and five of their six mobile phone services are owned by foreign investors
