When on this forum we have a situation where you as an individual come across offensive posts/topics/material we the admin team expect you to report such material to us. We have a process in place were we are all sent a link to the offensive content and any notes added by yourself on the situation. We read the material ourselves and make our judgement on what further action to take from there onwards. Detailed below is the process of a reported post.

1. Do not reply/flame back at abusive/offensive material. If you think someone is being openly and blatently abusive don't reply back and add to their topic, simply follow the report process.

2. Click on the report Button. The report button is found on the bottom left hand side of each and every post. Attached is a picture of one of my posts that I have made earlier, notice the report button is circled red so that you can see exactly where it is.



3. The following window will appear as a consequence. On this window please put in why you want to report the post, if it is not obvious please mention the offence/nature of the offence. Then click the submit button. This button is circled in red so that you can see what it is.



After you have completed this procedure relax and let the mods do thier job.

You attacking offensive material will only cause you to become a part of the problem as opposed to a part of the solution.
