Full Version: Were Those Pakistani Ballistic Missiles?
Pakistani Defence Forum > Pakistan's National Security > Nuclear And Strategic Missiles
JF 17 Thunder
On the second day after Benzir Bhutto was killed, BBC News 24 here in the UK were showing missiles being fired while reporting her tragic death. This occured around 6:20 pm (UK time) while they were reporting on the safety of Pakistan's nuclear arsenal.

The most interesting thing that I noticed was that they showed a 'Green and White' painted ballistic missile being fired towards the sky and the quality of the picture was far more clearer and filmed at a much closer distance than any missile tests that i've seen in Pakistani media. This missile looked alot bigger than usual, probably because the camera was zoomed in than usual.

However, there was an another missile, positioned vertically/diagonally which was painted again in Green and White or Green and very light Grey. This was also fired soon after the first one.

I have watched nearly every single footage of the test firing of any ballistic and cruise missiles in Pakistan's arsenal since the 1990s but never have I seen them in those colours. Did anyone else see that footage from the BBC report and can someone please confirm whether Pakistan has indeed tested ballistic missiles in those colours!
