Hey how instant excess has been upgraded to Air Vice Marshal intead of general or a lieutenant general???
His dad owned a steel mill and regularly gave large shares of the profits to the Joint Chief of Army Staff. In return, he was promoted from cadet to Air Vice Marshal.
