Folks, here is some pleasantly surprising news, a development in Islamabad consisting of a shopping mall, cinema, restaurants, gym and other recreational facilities and of course residential accomadation cosisting of some 60 luxury apartments is under construction. well nothing extra ordinary there! But the average price for a two-bedroom apartment has been tagged at Rs 13 crore, which works out to be about £1.1 million sterling and whats more all the flats have been reserved. Apparently the residence of this development will also take in the view of the worlds only second 7 star hotel being erected in the vicinity.

Moving on to lively Lahore ,the Porche car dealership opened there just over a year ago is thriving, with a Boxter costing £30,000 more than in U.K, Lahorties are no short of a bob or two. While in Lahore, the guy who opened the oxygen bar is also expanding.

Well from what I remeber the most expensive penthouse sold in Centaurus was 160 million rupees.

If I am correct, 160 million rupees converts to about £120,000+ at current rate, if that is the case then I am laughing all the way to HBL, because that's the kind of price I was offered for one of my two bed rundown house(5-Marlas) in Rawalpindi!

Plz improve ur mathematic this amount translates to 1.2 million pounds, stop being a child.

Well you contradicted my original figure of 1.1million as if i was miles of course, the Rupee is always flactuating any way the other figure was just in humour!

It's called an oxygen bar, costs Rs 500/ half an hour session, young health concious professionals are visiting several times each week, the demand is such that Pakistan returned American has decided to branch out!

Any one who can afford a 2 bed apartment for £1m must be mega clever or mega thief or both. I guess when its some one elses money then it is easy to waste. :(
