Hatf VII and VIII are cruise missles... Maybe this one (Hatf IX) could be the 1000km version of Babar? Also Shaheen III is under development - 3500 Km ... there is no Shaheen IV I could find - let alone a Shaheen V...

There is definately some mistake OR something really wierd going on. lolz I hope it's the latter.

Check this link out - the logical sequence follows that the one being tested would be Shaheen III mentioned - was in development and has a range of 3500 Km.

well all we have to do is wait for 72 hours and see what comes personally speaking i would wanna see a longer range cruise missile.

waiting for cruise missile not so much but i am waiting for the 3 stage BM.

We have seen two versions of Babur tested from ground surface platforms, Rahad has been air launched twice, a ship or sub version test would be ideal!

Didn't we see a ship launched one a couple of months ago?

Very much so brother. Our SLV project would also benefit from the 3 stage BM. Don't forget the SLCM/SLBM bro. That would complete the much awaited triad. I'm sure our scientists are working hard on achieving these milestones. Just a matter of time.

Hypersonic? I am not sure if we have that technology yet.

You will be surprised at Pakistan's technology and ability.
We are most technically and scientifically muslim nation in the world and not far off from the europeans.

Basically, this news came from daily Khabrain Islamabad. Now that will be interesting as AgniIII has recently test fired. So, may be time for a reply this time.

Turkey is ahead of us, and in certain areas countries like Malaysia, Iran, Qatar & Saudi Arabia are as well.

If anything, Pakistan has the most potential to change the course of the above countries towards a road unliked by the Muslim world's enemies.

Countries like Saudi Arabia,Qatar and Iran are rich in oil and gas, translating to best tech money can buy! Iran once boosted some of the American best, hence Russian covert intrest/assistance! Turkey being part of NATO is a natural recipent, how many countries can lay claims to producing F-16s? It may intrest you to know, that it was PAF who helped Turkey with inducting and establishing the F-16 squadrons ! Malaysia has already purchased Anza missiles from Pakistan and is also intrested in Agostas and AL-Khalid, Saudia has been operating the Pakistani Green Arrow for a number of years and Iran has been training on PAC manufactured Mushak for over a decade. Also worth remembering, Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia have permanent American bases on their terriorty!!!!!
