Finance minister delivers ‘confused’ speech
LAHORE: Finance Minister Tanveer Ashraf Kaira remained confused during his budget speech in the Punjab Assembly on Monday.
Kaira mispronounced several words during an hour-long written speech. The minister also added several ‘extra’ words to his speech, which were not part of the written text. Earlier, the budget session, which should have been started at 11am, began with a delay of more than an hour, since Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif arrived at 12pm. hasan ali

This is a marvelous move.
I always used to think, how can a poor province pay taxes if it's under-developed.
Hopefully, they'll come up with a similar package for NWFP as well.
This will give them a break to continue development schemes, and progress.

I really really like the Tax-free move. Just force everyone to pay their legit Zakat.
