ill give you a more easier accessible fuel...and a pretty good one too

take alot of ping pong balls....cut them up...dissolve them in nail polish remover and pour into your rocket fuel grain mould...let it dry COMPLETELY...
this can be ignited very easily...does not loose its quality( like black powder getting wet and stuff)...it also burns uniformly and predictably...and leaves very little ash that can clog your nozzle...

and you end up smelling like a girl..lol...don't go near flames smelling like that..or youll be the rocket..

oh and what i said is how to build your own shaheen..not ghauri...lol(solid vs liquid fuel)

I am afraid it is not going to work - in a tube during burning it melts - burn rate is very slow as there is no oxidizer... this recipe is good for food warmers and camping stoves but not for rockets....
