What are the chances that all
35 Pakistanis who've gone to see the olympics, were "planning" an attack? This is not how terrorists operate. Why would Pakistanis plan to carry out an attack rather than the Uighurs who can easily blend in and have better chances not getting caught.

im sure if they are inocent they will be released, and ofc they are inocent until proven guilty.
police can hold terror suspects for 48 days in britain without charge. so calm down, china will charge them or release them well befor ethat im sure.

I think the police office must have got the information ,no matter what was right or wrong. the Chinese law: Chinese police office can not custody them over 48h ,if there are no witness

No need for that too. MODS have a button "IP RESOLVE" I ran a forum with Invision Board some time back. If you click the button you can see the IP of that person and block the ip. Just check the ip and we will come to know. Unless, he is using a ip hider and connecting via proxy.

Of all the people here, I thought you wouldn't call me that. You're more aware of Indian politics than most people here. I am a Brahmin Hindu must be the reason why I spoke about the centuries of oppression 'my people' and 'my religion' have carried out. Go read the thread where the bashing began. My views regarding changing caste and political equatings in India aren't that different from yours. India is not divided among Brahmins and Shudras, its much more complex. People here don't like to be told that.

I'd suggest the foreign ministry cooperate with the Chinese and get them the relevant back ground information etc so they can be bailed and sent back home pending further inquiries, unless they are in fact charged.

No, democracy happened. Our elected government has no interest in governance, only looting.
- We have rapid inflation
- The security situation has worsened
- The economy is on the edge all the time
- We have foot shortages despite having agriculture as our No1 industry.
The previous government spent it's last 6 months neglecting the country and before then fighting political battles with judges etc... The current government has spent the last 6 months in vendetta politics and has managed to get the President to resign, so they can fight over which coalition partner gets the presidency.
If I was the Chinese government I would have bought my ambassador home.

Very few Pakistanis have names structured like "Shoaib Parvez".
On other hand an Indian trying to get a Pakistani name would think,
First Name: Shoaib from "Shoaib Akhtar"
Last Name: Parvez from the ex-Presidents name.
In a similar vein, an Indian may log in with a name like "Shaukat Afridi" because he will think its a pseudoPakistani name, but those familiar with Pakistani culture know Shaukat Afridi is a very unlikely name for a Pakistani to have !
